Second City 24-hour Marathon
For the third year, Second City is doing a 24-hour marathon of improv to provide holiday presents for needy children. The show starts at 8:30 pm tonight (December 21, 2004) and runs until 8:30 pm tomorrow night. A core group of improvisors, including Dan Bakkedahl, Joe Canale, Andy Cobb, Shelly Gossman, Pete Grosz, Paul Grondy, TJ Jagodowski, Mick Napier, Pat O’Brien, and Sue Salvi, will participate for the entire 24 hours. Special guests include Jeff Tweedy, Steve Albini, Kelly Hogan, Robbie Fulks, Billy Corgan, The Blisters, and Sally Timms & Jon Langford.
